Radically Open Connections is a specialty behavioral health practice in Columbus, Ohio, focused on Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO-DBT) and evidence-based treatment for individuals with overcontrolled coping styles. We help people move from rigidity and emotional loneliness toward flexibility, connection, and meaningful recovery.

Our clinic was founded by senior RO-DBT clinicians and is grounded in high-fidelity RO-DBT practice, strong supervision, clinical excellence, and a warm, collaborative culture. We value openness, humility, connection, and ongoing growth—both for our clients and for one another.

Position Summary

We are seeking an RO-DBT-trained clinician to join our growing team. This role includes providing individual RO-DBT therapy, co-leading skills classes, and participating in a values-driven clinical community grounded in evidence-based care and authentic human connection.

You will work closely with senior RO-DBT clinicians who provide thoughtful supervision, consultation, and support. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who wants to deepen their skills in RO-DBT within a practice that is truly built around the model.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual RO-DBT therapy to adults and/or adolescents

  • Co-lead RO-DBT skills classes

  • Participate in RO-DBT consultation and supervision

  • Maintain timely, accurate, and audit-ready clinical documentation

  • Collaborate with team members to support high-quality client care

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field

  • Ohio licensure as a psychologist, LISW/LISW-S, LPCC/LPCC-S, or eligibility for licensure with a clear path toward independent practice

  • Completion of RO-DBT Level 2 training

  • Strong alignment with RO-DBT principles and commitment to ongoing learning

  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfort with structured, evidence-based treatment

Preferred Qualifications

  • RO-DBT Level 3 certification

  • Experience treating overcontrolled presentations and/or treatment-resistant conditions

  • Familiarity with CBT, DBT, ACT, or other evidence-based therapies

  • Experience in outpatient practice settings

  • Interest in collaborative, team-based care and professional development
