Insurance and Self-Pay Options for Psychotherapy

We are in-network with multiple insurance companies and accept self-payment for those who are out-of-network. Please note that we accept many, but not all, plans with these companies as each has many different plans.

In addition, it is also important to know what insurance company you have mental health benefits through. Some employers (like the State of Ohio) choose to provide mental health benefits through a different insurance than medical benefits. We will do our best to help you confirm that we are in-network with your individual plan, but ultimately, it is your responsibility to understand your benefits before you start treatment.

For those who choose to self-pay or use out-of-network benefits, many clients appreciate our time-limited, evidence-based approach to treatment, which is designed to help you efficiently achieve your goals.

If you have out-of-network benefits, we will collect payment at the time of service and, as a courtesy, submit a claim to your insurance provider on your behalf. Reimbursement will depend on the details of your plan.
